GUIDANCE ON SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS

You are invited to submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation at the 2nd International Conference on 3D printing in medicine in Mainz, Germany from May 19 – 20, 2017. Abstracts must be submitted electronically in the abstract form.

Deadline for receipt of abstracts is November 30, 2016 (read the guidelines). The submission of an abstract carries with the requirement to register and to present it during the conference.

 

GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

  1. Abstracts may be submitted online only. Abstracts submitted via fax or email will not be accepted!
  2. All abstracts have to be submitted and presented in English.

    Please structure your abstract using the following headings: Aim(s)
    Methods
    Results
    Conclusion

    The abstract text may not contain more than a maximum of 1,700 characters with spaces (including title, authors’ details and email address). Tables, charts and other graphics are not allowed!

After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by email with your personal access code (please make sure to state your correct email address!). Should you wish to make corrections to an abstract already submitted or if you wish to submit other abstracts later, you may use your personal access code. Corrections to abstracts can only be made up to the deadline of November 30, 2016.

Abstracts will be reviewed by a scientific committee.

Authors will be notified of acceptance at latest by December 15, 2016 by email.

Abstract authors must register for the congress or advise us of withdrawal by this date. After this date no withdrawal is possible. If the presenting author does not register by January 15, 2017 abstract will be automatically removed from the program.
